Qualifications:
- Possess the required qualifications as a certified HUD consultant as required by the HUD Consultant program.
- Experience in the trades or as an inspector for a minimum of 3 years.
- Able to perform consultation as required under the HUD program listed in the current HUD guidelines 4000.1
Fees:
- Once the application is approved, the fees shall be as follows:
- An initial non-refundable fee of $100 upon membership application.
- Once the member becomes certified by the association, a $100 will be due to promoting the membership level to the member-certified consultant level.
The price for membership is $100.00 per Year.
