$100/YEAR
- The associate membership level is reserved for those who require training and certification as HUD consultants or are obtaining the needed education and certification.
- Access to master consultants for training and assistance is free of charge (fees for the training are to be paid directly to the trainer at the agreed-upon rate established by the association).
- A mentoring program is designed and implemented by an active master consultant assigned to you for the entire certification program (additional fee required; certification involves completing the 12 steps outlined in the certified consultant section below).
- Assistance in placement on the approved FHA 203k roster
- Access to meetings and library information
- Free Podcast meetings
Consultant Membership
$200/YEAR
